In this 1 hour, masterclass Sun♥ will introduce you to mindful eating.

  • You will be gently guided through a mindful eating exercise and learn the intentions of this practice.
  • You will have time to reflect and note your own discoveries after paying attention to a piece of food in a particular way.
  • Discover the nine different hungers and how they can interfere with your body’s need for actual food due to physical hunger rather than eating to satisfy a heart or emotional hunger.
  • Learn how to apply this in real life and discover the benefits for your health and wellbeing in the long run.
  • Understand why mindfulness is the basis of becoming an intuitive eater.
